Where is the construction table?

I am level 7 and was supposed to unlock the construction table but I'm not sure where it is. I looked in the large box outside the tavern, in all the shops and nothing. Am I missing something? I have the quest that says "Build your first room".

The construction table is now sold by Woody in the carpentry shop.
I recall it being 3ish gold to purchase.

p.s. don't buy a reception table before adding your guest room, you get one after completing the quest for adding the rooms!
