I think as brewers, we should be able to make vinegar from white wine, but do I nose.

Both red and white have their uses, and yes I agree, you would think we would know how to leave it be to make our own vinegar.

That is one of those things we should get to sell as a product. The twins or the (hopefully) upcoming spice merchant could buy it from us. It would be small time, but early on when wine is something you can make a bunch of it would be very helpful for a little extra coin.

We could even do our own house dressing and sell that too.

Aw man. I hate just checking boxes....
