Moving the Bar

The Bar makes it hard to remodel. I cant seem to pick it up (put it in my inventory) and when i move it I can only move it 3 blocks left or right. I cant place it over to the side to remodel or expand the area. When I cant place it it doesn't tell me why I cant place it.

This is currently happing to me and it also wont let me make more then two guest room. I even made space behind the bar for it to be placed on a new wall. I also can't seem to add a wall back if I take it out. Bar and one cag are all empty too.

I had trouble with the bar at first. I basically built another room over to the left and placed the bar there, then when I was done, put the bar back and deleted that room.
