Any games similar to this
Cause honestly i feel robbed and scammed out of my money purchasing this trainwreck of a broken buggy mess, with blatant lies about full controller support which the game has not since it misses functions between controller and mouse and keyboard, and it messed up my save file for the 3rd times so im done, im not restarting another run just to end with another broken save file cause a game 3 year into early access is worse than a pre alpha playtest.
So any recommendations for something similar?

not sure what you mean by missing functions with mouse&keyboard, i haven't had any issues whatsoever.
sounds like me an issue on your end. a reinstall might help. though it seems like you're too far gone to consider that, but if not, try it.
i also haven't had any issues with broken saves either, and i have about twice the hours in the game than you. a reinstall might help.

stardew valley is first game that comes to mind. graveyards keeper ever so slightly maybe.

Naming functions are not on controllers, checking skill descriptions on workers are also not on controllers, those are simple functions. Now regarding bugs that only seem to happen with controllers, quick example would be the bug that does not let you scroll far in the shop, happens only on controllers. Regaring corrupting the saves, i dont remember what was it last time, this time i reached the reputation 7 and than 8 no tutorials about the expansion of your tavern, now it turns out there is one on reputation 7 that let you make 2 rooms for free. Im almost reputation 10 i dont really have the money to make two rooms and the tutorials never happened for me, second bug that is tied is trees spawn fruits only once after that i can pass 10 days and nothing and have to each time after each day restart the game, last one is the game moving or rotating furniture, fences and other start when the game is loaded from a save file, 3 years into early access and i each time have to repeat a whole day of setting back everything as its supposed to be cause the game does corrupt the save file?

Also a reinstall does nothing more than what you would get from a simple file integrity check, and from experience with several steam games stop functioning properly after an update i got into habit to make file integrity scans after each update. But just for the sake of proving you wrong i made a reinstall aaaaaaaaaaaand .....nothing changed what a surprise.

since i haven't encountered any bugs that you have, you could always just try playing with k&m, i never understood the appeal of using controllers on PC games. though i suppose it's just personal preference.

could always try a new save, or just give up and leave the game since it seems like you're frustrated enough and don't want to try to figure it out. theres a discord with active devs/players for troubleshooting, as well as a bug forum that you can post in.

The combination of tavern sim, decoration, crafting, farming and world exploration (in development) is unique (at least for me).
There are a couple of games that cover crafting, farming and world exploration like Stardew Valley or Coral Island (also in EA) with a focus on farming / decoration. My Time at Portia or Graveyard Keeper focus more on world exploration / crafting.
If you are looking for nother tavern sims you may want to take a look at Crossroads Inn or Tavern Master.

I always loved Shoppe Keep. In fact I found this game when looking for more games like Shoppe Keep. It is very shallow when compared to this or others in the genre but it has a lot of charm IMO.

Played Moonlighter till the 3rd dungeon, where at this point dropping all items into the mirror was giving you enough money to get weapon and armor upgrades making running the shop pointless, but you got me interested in Dave the Diver. Gonna check this one out.

Also I should mention that I know of a game about running a restaurant that comes out soon, turns out sooner than I thought, its Cuisineer that comes out next month.

It's been sitting in my backlog of games for eons. I played for an hour but was too busy with another game. Looks fun.

The game that comes to my mind is Orcish Inn. I imagine it likely that this game was heavily inspired by Orcish Inn. However that game never got released and you can only play the demo, which might of been what triggered the development for this game.
