Max Occupancy Questions

I have a total table space of 108 seats, why is it my Tavern Info screen only says my max occupancy is 49? Then has a Occupancy +11 from Satisfaction? Why is my Tavern not getting the full seating bonuses?

Reputation based max occupancy growth seems to stop at some point though. Can't say exactly when it stops but with my most recent return to the game I noticed no growth between reputation levels 22 - 24.
I have 50 max occupancy and +12 bonus from satisfaction while tavern is closed, once I open and my staff comes to work (one of them has +15 above max occupancy) it changes to 69 max occupancy and +16 bonus from satisfaction. Doesn't make any sense to me mathematically but either way I keep a ~85 occupants worth of table space.

What's the highest level of occupancy does anyone know please? As in what's the end goal number of occupants?

You can get +60 if all your workers have the more guests trait maxed. Combined with reputation and satisfaction bonuses you can get over 100. There's likely a breakpoint where you simply can't keep up even with helping your workers but I'm not real sure where that is. For me, more than 50-60 seems too tedious. Maybe if we could hire a couple bartenders and waiters it would be easier to keep up

Game shows i have 54 occupancy (level22+3x5 from staff+satisfaction). I have 12x6=72 spaces. I have read that slow barkeep can prevent people from entering if bar has 5 waiting people so i helped on the bar for several days, making sure it never gets full. After several days i still dont have achievement for 50 customers. I have taken screenshot and counted always 40-42 customers top. Does somebody know what is the problem? Is game showing incorrect number or is not enough people passing my tavern? What is going on?
