Gass Dubois? Is this a real thing?

Read about an NPC called Gass Dubois.

It's the 20th.
This guy should be appearing right?

Anyone know how to find him?

Its part of a Halloween Event from past year, probably going to reappear this year on Halloween too, there is word on the discord server that the Halloween Event will be up soon.

Okay so it's not from the 20th, it's on Halloween only?

Cuz I've been looking for this guy but he's not around.

Its an event based on real time life calendar, they said in the future events will be based on the in game time, but for now its not, so no matter what day or month you will be in game time, when the event starts you will be able to do it.

And now im looking at the discord server after writing this and one of the devs wrote a message that Gass is coming soon.
