Neutral in guest management window

For the new guestroom management window... what "Neutral" mean next to the bed icon? I assume there is a way to make a better bed? or something?

You can find info about it in the encyclopedia in the main menu. But in short, right now, it doesn't mean anything. The devs plan to add furniture that changes the 'vibe' of the room based on the decor you use and certain guests will prefer those rooms and I assume pay more for them. It's not implemented yet though so all furniture and rooms are just neutral.
