That said, the frequency of updates may make it impossible for mods to stably released and maintained for the time being. Not impossible less likely.
However I wouldn't mind modded support in the future.
once you can hire staff, you'll be able to enjoy alot more free time, but even then, it's your decision whether you want to keep your tavern open or not.
Dude it's also an accessibility thing, to be able to slow down the flow of time, you don't have to be snarky about it. Yes, I know it's in early access. The point is a lot of other games of this type allow for adjusting how fast time goes. It would help a lot here too, and it's partly an accessibility issue.
It's actually *because* the game *is* in early access it would be best to have a development mode where you can power through any bug the game throws at you. Rimworld, ONI as well as plenty of other games had it early on so that the player could continue to enjoy the game in early dev and play through bugs.
Also not all of us live breath and eat one game to know how everything works where you can perfectly route in 24 minutes an ever expanding map and list of chores. Not to mention we walk pretty slow and whereas before without helpers I could finish all my inside and outside chores, I barely have enough time to do a third of what I need to do on all the locations.
As to time, I do wonder how we will have time to visit a town or mines. Probably part of the problem right now is that we have to run all over the place to mine stuff, whereas the mine will be one destination. That could be a big help with the current time issues! (that I'm having) It will be interesting to see how this develops.
I can't use a controller. Physically, I cannot. These are accessibility issues.
Sorry, my wording wasn't great. I meant to question whether larcek's sense of time being adequate was based on using a controller. If I'd been playing with faster character movement and mining/chopping action, the game days wouldn't feel so harried (to me).
I completely support your position.
Yeah, sadly I do know. I hope there will be a mod (or a vanilla option) that helps. Sometimes devs are approachable in their game's discord server. Might be worth mentioning it there. https://discord.gg/travellersrest
wemod is free to use alltough they have some premium subscription that is not required (allows more customization for hotkeys and such to enable the cheats)
