Where you do make intestine needed for the sausage and chorizo recipes?

You can buy them from Holly, though what she sells tends to be pretty random right now.

I believe they are also supposed to be something you get from the pigs when you slaughter them, but someone else will need to confirm that.

Fully grown pigs give 6 intestines when slaughtered (if I remember correctly).
