Rent room best way to earn money ?

Does it better to rent lot of smaller room or build bigger room with lot of stuff ?

from my experience so far, the price of the rooms seems to be only linked to what the customers are willing to pay, the quality of the rooms (as in decoration/size) only seems to affect the reputation you get when they leave. So if money is your only concern, I would go with many small rooms, but keep in mind that you are limited to 1 room for each reputation level from 7, so you might wanna get better rooms to get to the next one faster.
