How to slaughter animals?
The pig has reached its maximum growth size and now I want to slaughter it. (It doesn't produce anything unless I slaughter it, and right now all it does is consume food everyday.)

If I click the information (Q) there is a section called slaughter that tells me what I will get, but there seems to be nothing that I can click to actually slaughter it.

What do I have to do?

Smack it 3 times with the mop, sometimes 4 times.

There was an existing mechanic for hitting rowdy customers with the mop that got reused for killing turkeys for last year's Christmas event, and is now reified as the method for slaughtering all animals. Apparently it somehow becomes considerably less damaging when used on humans, otherwise you'd be opening yourself up to an awful lot of lawsuits...

Well, it's a medieval-phantasy setting (the ranch daughter was talking she needs potions to do her quest), so it can be as different for our medieval era as much as the writters want.

this sounds more painful than an axe, literally beating the animal to death instead of just ending it quickly
