Feeding Chickens

I'm so confused how I make food for the chickens. I know some people said something about using the feed table but I don't see that listed anywhere in my mailbox.

I think it's called a forage table. I'm pretty sure it's in the mailbox, but you should also be able to buy it from Holly at the farm (her stock rotates, so she may not have it on any given day).

Yeah I thought it was forager table too but people were saying feed table. I'm not seeing that in my mailbox either but I'll check out Holly to see if she has it. Thanks!

It showed up in Holly's store when i looked today.

If you compare pricing, the seed mix (not nutritional mix) at Holly's store is much cheaper than making it yourself.

No, with Juniper seeds it's a huge savings. Here's what I found


For skills; with hagling level 5, crafting level 2
making feed with Juniper seeds (@ 37 copper per) costs 3 silver, 70 copper for 6 units of feed.

Purchasing is 3 silver, 7 copper for 1 unit.
Which means 22 silver, 56 copper for 6 units.

it's 18 silver, 86 copper cheaper to craft it yourself.


These values will change a bit depending on your skills though.
