You can pull all but the last beer, only pull the last one when somebody is ordering it.
I meant putting it into the stock, like you do with food items. That works fine, and they will order it.
But when there are just 1 or 2 pints of beer left in the keg then I, too, take the last drops and store them in the stock and just refill another full keg. So I dont have to wait until the keg is completeley empty to change it and take some spare time to prepare another full one. But I guess it's just your personal feeling and how you want to play it though :) No harm done if you take every pint of beer right at the beginning :)
