Why a crafting room upstairs?
Just curious if there was a reason the tutorial made us make a crafting zone upstairs? should I keep it or change it to a rental?

I made it bigger and made it a brewing room which freed up room in the downstairs crafting room for 2 ovens and 2 cheese making tables.

I changed it into a rental to match with the others, and expanded the crafting room to put more things. I guess it's tottally up to you how you can play it.

How did you do that? I want to change it to a rental and I cant figure out how to delete the door or change the door.

You need to use the construction bench. Make sure the tavern is closed, go to the construction bench and go into build mode, and switch the view to upstairs. Open the door section of the build menu, and the toolbar will show options to remove doors and build doors of different types (if you have the necessary resources and money). Remember to delete the crafting zone the game made you place in the room as well.

idk but I used it as a rental then got bored and used it as a kink room

I changed my first room to a rental also.

Can you remember at what reputation levels additional rental rooms are unlocked? I can't find it on the wiki.

The wiki MAY be outdated on this page, as some info on the wiki in general is outdated. I gave it a quick glance but it does seem correct. You can also hover over the lvl number that's over the inventory hotbar and it'll tell you what your next rewards are, too.
