Nobody is renting my rooms anymore?

I have 4 rooms available now but nobody ever is coming to rent them like before?

Are you keeping the room lit? If you dont replace the candles no one will rent the room.

Yep this was the issue. Too bad the game doesn't tell you that.

Same issue, after the tutorial, first day 1 customer rent it, the second day i havent clean the room the next customer rent it with negative feedback, on the 3rd day I clean it I even buy another magic broom to clean it however i notice no one is renting my rooms anymore and the broom from second floor is moving to first floor to clean dirt, i thought it was a glitch so i remove the broom and rent a maid instead, i added 1 more room but still no one is renting it, i put decoration and candles too... i'm a bit disappointed its been a year since last time i play this game, i really love the updates but bug really ruin the game...

Before the update there was a little window on the lower right with the list of required itens. Now it's a little window with the icons of the requirements. On both cases, if one or more is greyed, the room cannot be rented. If your candle is not working, try to move it to a free area (mine wall candle was on the same space the bed was, so I had to move it and worked).

I cannot find the list of the required items, i remove all decoration surrounding the bed and replace the candle stand and use wall candle handle but still not customer using my rent, any suggestion

The required itens are:
- Bed
- Individual Table (none of the other tables will work)
- Stool (the single one that we receive on one of the first quests - it can be crafted on the wood cutter)
- Candle (on the table or on a wall candleholder, but it must be put on a free space)

Edit: By the way, the first time you need to put the candle, after that, the housekeeper will put a new one everytime the older is spent (every 3 days) - it will use your money, so be sure to have at least that much money in the begining of the day.

I'm about to send a screenshot of the game and luckily i saw the list when I took a screenshot hahaha I enter the room and I see the list, thank anyway for your reply, its fixed now :D
