So far potatoes and onions are not worth the effort, cauliflower is one of the best things to pair with roasted food, and cherries are the best fruit for literally everything.
Also, sweet pie is worth more than savory pie for base values, and tea is great because you can craft a bunch of them in a very short period of time, making it ideal for making sure you never run out and serve gruel. Adding the right ingredients can nearly double the base price, hope this helps! :D

Exactly! after aged, the rum can be sold. I've tried the same (in the aging rack) with cheese, and I get adeg cheese, but I cannot sell it. I suposse it must be used in a recipe, it cannot be sold raw?
In a recipe or more likely a cheese board. And with 6 cheeses you can make a cheaper cheese board and a more expensive one.
