There's a sound cue for a customer becoming rowdy (kind of a squeak). You can hear it from everywhere on the map, so just play with the volume loud enough to hear it clearly. If you hear the cue, head back to the main room and calm them down/kick them out.

Yes, that's what Endora means too. Only four types of fruit and vegetables are available from the mailbox "shop" at any given time. The selection is random and rotates every few days. If you want a specific fruit or vegetable, the fastest way to get it is to buy the corresponding seeds and plant them (make sure you have unlocked the relevant farming tech first). Otherwise you may need to wait quite some time for them to show up in the shop.
