When will social and magic tabs be available?

Haha, sorry I just wanted to keep it short so it wasn't a slog to read. I'll revise my question:

The tabs for 'social' and 'magic' in the game are blacked out with a 'coming soon' I don't use discord so I may be out of the loop for when these features are planned to be implemented. This question is more for the devs but if anyone else knows for sure then I'd appreciate the info!
