XP upgrades?
Not totally clear on how to get more XP for upgrades like movement speed and cleaning speed. I've been stuck at 6 for awhile. I think I read thru the tutorial too fast or something haha.

You get XP points by completing requests from the notice board outside the tavern. They're unlocked at Tavern Level 5, and there are three new requests each day, each awarding a good chunk of XP.

I did not realise that you could spend exp until like R level 9. Immediately maxed production and money making, but anything outside of maxing production doesn't seem useful (always hire staff so cleaning/bartending isnt used, and money quickly becomes useless after you have bought the beds especially when you have double production so don't need to buy more crafting stations)
