Crossbow Ergonomic Stock

It says -1 Attack cost, -1 Reload cost, -35 skill requirement, but when I put it in, the AP cost changed from 4/5/3 to 5/6/4. Is it a bug or I misunderstood the term "-1 Attack cost"? Why would I want to use it if this is intended? The skill requirement for the crossbow is 65, and if it's my dedicated weapon then for sure I will increase throwing to 250 or 299, the skill requirement simply helps with nothing.

It's a visual bug only, the same happens with bandoliers on shotguns and spear attachments. You still get the correct AP costs on your UI and during battle. In the end your crossbow will have aimed attacks for 3 and reloading for 1 AP. Quite the kick indeed.

Do you remember which shop that you got it? Is it a static shop or is it the random market encounter?

I got the strelok from the police shop IIRC, very late game seventh heaven and your faction can have really rare loot like the saiga shotgun and strelok and the best upgrades.

Edit: the random encounter market doesn't seem to reach the same level in my experience in regards to weapons/armor. Still a decent place for weapon upgrades though.
