Where can I find the DLC content

Hello, I just bought the packs in middle of a playthrough and I didn't see the new locations. Do I have to start a new playthrough to see them? Any way to unlock them through console? Thank you!

They're on the outskirts of the town itself, two new little areas; iirc one is a Helicopter crash, pretty easy to spot; i don't recall if you need to be at any specific point in the main history for them to show up, i believe not.

Thank you for your response sire. I'm on "The Mysterious Cipher" and the map entries are not available. Here's what I have:

Update: turns out Steam didn't install the DLC files correctly. I unticked and reticked the DLC on Steam, then Steam actually downloaded the files.
