I hate that schmuck for cheating me into (what easily could have been an) ambush. Took my money and never bothered to "mention" bandits in my house. Probably hoping for me to be killed so he could scam another "potential home owner". Wonder how many before me has he cheated that way?
Here is what I do. I do all the repairs and then waste that f@@kcer! I just walk up to him, pull my gun and then pull the trigger. Yeah. Feel good ;-)

Anyone else takes this approach?

I've not yet met Homza but another nasty npc is the magician Amadeus Tellerov. He doesn't just refuse to cut a deal with the aspiring magician to share his tricks but also only allows people to see his tricks once and refuses to say a word in reply. To test if he's indeed just purple smoke and mirrors, I reloaded, maxed out my smg skills and pumped him with lead. Nope, he's not lol.

Watched a vid on this and there are hints in the conversation with Homza that the house needs "cleaning up". You're not walking into it completely blind. Furthermore, that house will also be your HQ that you'll want to buy anyway to access special residents.
