Maxed out power armor with parts, guns and utility:D some thoughts
It did take a lot of time and it's pretty much OP and overkill even since you get the anti tank-rifle.

There are 4 weapons, 5 if you count the fist. 1 is a melee weapon but the other 3 are basically a pistol(grenade launcher), an automatic(helicopter gun) and a rifle(anti-tank rifle).
I think the devs made a mistake since you can put a compensator on the rifle wich makes it look ridiculous:P
You can also get some rare armor parts and upgrade each individual piece to give more bonuses. The armor also goes from mark 1 to mark 3 with many visible changes.
This system is very nice, it keept the game very interesting because of the possible loot.
There is even 2 more types of pain for the armor wich is great.

My problem is that you don't really need the armor upgrades or guns. The lack of a base really killed the game in terms of loot management.
Now, i can store all my guns, make a big collection and have enough ammo to use all guns:) a little too late but it's a good strategy to stockpile the ammo and then use those weapons.

The damage of npc's is way too high, some for enemies with maxed out skills. I mean the power armor even maxed out makes you feel vulnerable if the enemies hit crits .
Same for companions, they can kill power armor users with their max out perks/skills in a round. The gun modding is also amazing.

I think the power armor looses it's special feeling because the damage gets out of control for your companions or even enemies some times.
There is also a distinct lack of "faction vs faction" combat where you could shine and make some strategic moves.

I also feel like the power armor should have been used to unlock secret locations with its dash and other skills.

Overall, i think with some balance so damage doesn't get out of control and some special areas, the power armor could be used for great things.

I also cannot help but feel like this "adventure" is just a training ground for our hero to move to bigger and better things....like how the drill weapon suggests there are NATO power armors:)) i want to fight against nato, i hope that's how it will be in the next game...
