What is the "Dusty Film Reel" for?

I found this item, don't remember where, I'm pretty sure I spoke to all the NPCs and did all the quests that could be done, but still haven't found a use for this one. Is it just some random junk item?

As I said befome Imyarek (not Lmyarek) is sitting on the bench near the exit from the port location. He's the local musician.

Hm.. so I kinda remember a thing from the original ATOM game, where there are some people in Peregon who makes films and cassette tapes. I guess this guy was one of them before.

I kinda found the quest strange. After I shoved him he will do "Something special" but why ? I never found out why and the game wont tell me. What where these people recording in Peregon with the cassette tapes ?

Play the first game, and when you get to KZM, theres a quest where somebody opened a letter and tried to decode what was written, read the letter he gives you and youll connect those two.

Also i stumbled upon the snow cleaner guy in the machine shop, if you ask him about some rumors, hell tell you a story about his relative who bought some screening place (not sure if it was cinema) But hell tell you they found some videos there and they played them and there were some disturbing stuff, also he mentiones that the same chair thats in the video was present in the same room they were replaying the film, and the armrests were made from human fingernails etc. I thought it might be some sort of this movie cant it be? He also mentiones that the owner killed himself, so maybe he didnt kill himself but drank the oblivion potion to forget...
