First complete playthrough
I have finished my very first playthrough. I'd say 20-30 hours as I was trying to squeeze out as much content as I could, trying to find and finish every single main/side quest, chatting with all named NPCs, trying to get all gear/weapons + special armour upgrades.

So the stats are 16 game days (probably could finish in 10-12 but I was grinding the random encounters a lot.
Kill count of 164, 610 attacks with 100% accuracy, 395 critical strikes.
163 quests taken (missed at least 1), revolutionary pathway.
Over 330k rubles in cash, rather paltry sum compared to 8 million I had at the end of first game.
Character imported at level 75, achieved level 82 at endgame.

Was I happy with the Trudograd? Hell yes!

However I wish the game would be bigger/longer, had few more locations and quests outside the city. I know this is an early access and final version will improve.

What I would like to see in the final version?
- more procedural quests similar to bounty hunting in first game
- getting my Pobeda fixed (need my unlimited boot space back!) and using car for travelling outside of Trudograd
- more perks (I would like to a perk reducing AP cost in EACH weapon type melee/pistol/rifle/automatic etc)
- modding for PTRD + aimed shot
- some new distinctions that can be learned/unlocked during gameplay/quest rewards
- more defence missions (one is not enough)
- new crafting recipes - especially for homemade flamethrower (and improved version)
- all characters (player, companions and NPCs) that have been set on fire should panic and run away until fire is out
- I'd like to see VER back in the game, I could purchase 6x49 ammo but couldn't find the gun
- Increase of max stats & Action Points to 12.

Also at some point a remastered edition containing both games 😊

Could you have taken VER with you from previous game?

They just need to add a world map and have trudograd be 1 small zone/location.

And add scaling difficulty encounters on said map tied to player level (i.e. amount of strong weapons or monster/man count on world map encounter increases per every 5 or 10 player levels). Players could play infinitely! They dont even have to add locations until far future DLC or ever for me. Most locations have such few badass fights it feels pointless to even go.

Also I'm shocked you only killed 164 people in 20-30 hours. Sounds like a snoozefest of reading.

Also almost exactly 2/3rds of your attacks were critical hits. Which weapon/spec did you spend majority time shooting with?

Do you feel like eagle eye gave higher base crit or lower compared to trudograd balance?

Unfortunately you cannot transfer any items from previous game, which I think sucks. I wish I could have taken all my loot with me, all 44 tons of it 😊.

Weapon wise I've built myself a Sniper Rifle out of the junk I've found and purchased in very first location. After adding some mods that gun took me from the beginning to the very end of the game. Went all the times for aimed shots into eyes, which quite often resulted in crit one-hit-kills on most enemies, Abusing Fact Reaction perk allowed me 3 aimed shots per turn, with extra free shot if I was the one starting combat.

Most fights were won in 1-3 turns.

Regarding my kill count - something seems way off here - I'm pretty sure I've killed way more people when I was grinding random encounters. With 610 attacks, 549 ammo spend (that includes playing around with some pistols/auto rifles as I was experimenting with other weapons) and 395 critical strikes - I'd guess 400-450 kills.

As for Eagle Eye - I think this perk made my current build work, 12% base crit chance + 30% crit chance when aiming at eyes/head + 4% from sniper rifle + 1-3% from optics.
Not sure if Amputator affects aimed eye/head shot but it could be another +15% crit chance here.

As for Damage I get +50% base damage from having 250 skill in rifles then +10% damage from True Grit + 10% damage from Gunsmith + 20% damage form Firearms Academy. Maximum damage dealt was 626.

You started with 11 luck? Which 2 traits did you take?

I was trying to ask if eagle eye in atom & eagle eye in trudo + all the new minor crit boosts, which was better. Seems like your current crit setup was slightly closer to max crit. But...

Also what was attention? Sounds like you had max sequence

Why ask people if you can just ask them to take a skill screen?

Greetings and thank you for your feedback!
Some of the stuff you mentioned is planned to come out on release or after the release, but I won't spoil which :)
Hopefully you will enjoy it! I got to ask though, why 12 AP specifically? Have you got a certain build idea around this number? :)
Toddwick Aug 5, 2021 @ 6:16am
12 ap = four 3ap attacks. Making it strong for unarmed combat, melee, and those low ap stealth assault rifles.
Sithicus Aug 5, 2021 @ 10:40am
An even dozen is much nicer number then 11 😊 Also 3 aimed attacks are better then 2.
I'm abusing Fast Reaction perk to get that 3rd aimed shot but it's a bit tedious to keep switching to melee weapon before ending my turn for that extra action. In ATOM RPG Quick Reaction perk gave us extra turn with half AP no matter which weapon was in active slot.

Another thing that annoyed me was every time I've reloaded my rifle my setting for aimed shot changed to single, could you guys fix this so chosen firing mode stays the same after reload?

Agree, very good points

I'll upload some screenshots when I'll have access to my PC again.

Another tip you might find useful. In the first game, if you'd choose Glutton at the start you get 2 extra Endurance points at the cost on increased food consumption (so no real drawbacks).

If you're importing that character into Trudograd - Glutton got renamed to Big Boned which gives you the same 2 Endurance points, +2 extra HP each level at the cost of -20 Dodge (and extra hunger).

The funny thing is when I removed Big Boned from the list I kept those 2 extra Endurance points. It might get patched in final release so enjoy this while you can.
