Kolotushkin street - how to get there for the first time?

What the title says...

...I have unlocked (and done some missions at the) Police Station, and Scrap Quarter, but I can't find any path in those 2 areas that can lead me to Kolotushkin Street.

Can someone plz tell me how exactly to get there for the first time?

In the Scrap Quarter or the Police Station read the signs and take the exit to Kolotushkin Street fairly certain both areas have one, I know for fact the scrap quarter does.

Nope - No signs for Kolotushkin in neither the Police District, nor the Scrap Quarter mate... :-/

If you start from Trudograd outskirts and would travel to the Scrap Quarter, you should be right in front of the apple-vendor - make a hard left turn and follow the rails to the left - that exit should lead you to said street, or rather unlocks the travel point. close to the 'you are here' area map and the turnip-lady likes to hang out close by as well.
Police station has a travel point as well....
