Who is Levonty?

I played through the entire game and never met anyone named Levonty. I went to every single location and never had the opertunity to have this chort join me. I was looking at hidden achievments and found that there is a loyalty quest for this chort. I was wondering how I meet this guy and what chapter its in.

Chapter 1 - the one where you're rescuing Matryona from the bathhouse.

When you go to The Spinner's house to get the belt, you know how there's a talking skull out the front that makes you answer riddles before you can pass? That's Levonty.

If you want to pick him up as a companion, you have to continue the riddle contest after the first three and get all five riddles correct. Then you get the option to take him with you.
