And no... my controller isn't broken and works with nearly all games on steam. ;)
That said, what I noticed is that the range for hotspots, i.e. interactable UI elements, to become & stay visible is a bit low... sometime you have to stand in the exactly right spot for something to even show up at all, and sometimes a revealed hotspot disappears simply because I turned on the spot and changed my facing a little bit.
It would be nice if there were an increase to the reveal range, or sight range, or whatever you guys call it internally, or alternatively, if there were a button to briefly reveal all hotspots so that players can get a general idea of where to go / where to stand so that interaction becomes possible.
