they were sued two times over by the creator of said threads on 4Chan and had to change there name, art, and story, because it was too similar ie, Sir knight/Anon, Kobold Princess, Slime Princess, Skeleton princess, Etc

Yup, we talked with the people behind TowerGirls some time ago, and no probs!
Of course, this isn't a TowerGirls game, but it is one of our many inspirations, like Adventure Time, Dungeons and Dragons, and many other fantasy settings!

I think you got some info wrong on the situation. From what I understand, the creator of the 4chan thread was helping with that game (now known as Princess and Conquest), but the dev of that game and the original Towergirls creator Gats (who has his own game project called Towergirls) had a falling out and there was only one lawsuit. The creator of Princess & Conquest is now doing NFTs of their kobolds...
