Moving/Relocating a build

Would love to see a functionality for selecting the entirety of the existing build and "picking it up"/shifting it to a new location on the lot

You're in luck :) That functionality is coming soon. You'll be able to save entire buildings (or even just rooms or item groups) as a template that you can then move around or even place in different scenes.
