Fire Dragon Emblem going round the portrait?!?

I was playing in a game this morning and a player next to me to the left had a fire dragon going around the portrait (I wish I took a screenshot) it was moving around the portrait, looked quite cool, it was a standard portrait picture from the choices as well and wasn't too high up the ladder either. I clicked on the portrait to see hopefully where they had gotten this fire dragon from but there was literally no information on it and it seemed like a relatively new player too.

I'm kind of thinking it was a developer, although I have no evidence to suggest whether this is true or not.

Oh, I apologise to said person for knocking you out of the game, I thought if I did knock you out I might receive it

I figured it out, it is something you get when you win a Multi Table Tournament.

I just won a $50k Tournament and I now have it! Its very cool, but I wonder how long does it stay on? I'll try to follow up if it falls off.
