I pressed the selecting button to sleep 6 hours, but he slept a month. Is this bug or works as intended? At this rate, it will be 10 years until i get my first crop down as it suffers from same fact as minecraft: walking speed is slow and days are too short.

This is intended. The hours function determines when you wake up in the morning, but a day is a month. It can be difficult to manage at first, but it's possible. I recommend only sleeping until 4-6 am to get the most out of the day.
