Report a translation problem
1. Equip a lantern. Approach each heap, burn it. My personal favourite.
2. Approach each heap, pick all contents of the heap into invetory, Shift+Discard it.
3. Leave it alone if it doesn't bother you, once the winter is over all "loose" grass will disappear without spawning rotten blobs.
4. Own a harvester and some stringspool. Drive over the heaps with the press on to form "bales". They are easier to manage in compressed form. And they also burn :)

I think I prefer method number 4 for the moment. I appreciate the passive income from selling fodder and I like having the extra fodder to feed my animals.
My goodness, I don't even have a permit to burn waste!
