profit harvest or cooking ?

can you tell me if we make more profit by selling the raw harvests or if we cook them and sell the cooked products ?

i find growing tobacco and selling that is most profitable activity but visit state farm and check out the prices board for prices

NPCs will not buy your cooked products, just raw ones. Cooked products are for gifts to boost relationships and for your own use.
So it is very much profitable selling crops as is. I have profited off cigarettes and moonshine at the beginning
