Ran out of bulbs making lights for the stands

I cant buy more at the market and Im not seeing any at other vendors. Anyone know where to get more bulbs to finish the quest?

there is non, you can find free at some places, but not that many, I just have a habbit of buying all 3 everyday, so i can stack them upp and use them when i need to expand

I keep trying to buy them but he refuses me. Trying to hammer through his quests hoping he likes me enough to buy them. Is that the way?

Yes, lightbulbs are behind a "like-me-wall". You need to increase relations with the guy. He doesn't offer many quests but you can give him presents. Those can be given in any amount so they are the fastest way.
