Sacks are kind of chest-like-storage-devices. Not very capacious but still quite convenient.
They are unlimited and spawn everytime you try to drop more than one piece of an item from your inventory.
You can open such a sack once it's created and try to add more content (if there is space for it.)
Sacks can be lifted up and thrown onto a cart. They will get autoarranged.
What's best is that you can still access their contents without taking them back from the cart, so they act as small chests.
But, beware. Sacks disappear when they are emptied. So you would have to remember to always leave some items in them.
When you look at the small cart as you purchase it from Thadeus, it has "two wheels, a crate, and life gets easier". But there's no crate to put on it.
Can I ask what you mean by auto-arranged ?
I mean you still have to lift and place the sacks onto the cart right?
It means the cart itself is a crate, and you can'r get much on it but the pig can pull it.
Yes you lift and throw stuff in the cart and it will right itself and go in a tidy pile.
