Someone may know a better way but one thing you can do is wait until December when the pond freezes and then you will (should!) find that the tractor is standing on the ice and can be driven again.

Worth a try but you are only in the tractor for about a second before you are kicked out so I'm not sure its possible to get the map up. But you never know.

If you can't access the tractor (too deep underwater) then you have use Tekla's "finding service" to mark it for Thadeus and his "recovery service". The tractor will appear on Thadeus' farm.
