HTrouble lighting up xmass tree

Hi everyone,
So before the the new update I was able to find all the lights and could finish the quest. Now I cant. Used a ladder, etc but cant seem to find the last light. Anyone having tips?

I have noticed sometimes that the top lights highlight area can be obscured, making them appear not to be available to build. Have you tried just getting close to the tree and clicking in the approximate locations? Also, are you sure they aren't already built, I've sometimes accidentally clicked and built the Christmas tree light without realising.

I maked today and we don't need a ladder. Just look to the top using a electricity tool and you can set. The xmas tree is near Sofia shop and have 3 groups of lights to activate.

thanks for the anwsers. Unfortunately I wasnt able to do it. Maybe it bugged out for me. Tried your tips but alas. Maybe next christmass.
