Looks like it. I would have assumed DOS + Dosbox, but I don't think Switchblade was released for the PC...
Genesis emulation is much simpler and easier to do...would require fewer resources for the user too...it's not like this game makes full use of the Amiga's technology...
Both Switchblade games were also on Atari ST though, and I don't think ST emulators require any licensed ROMs to run, so they could've used that. At least the Atari ST version of Switchblade II is good, I haven't played the first one.
Well, for the Amiga you can use AROS...it's not great but if the game doesn't make system calls it generally works okay....that and a WHDLOAD install would work fine. But...the Atari version would run much smoother since the ST is much simpler to emulate...no custom chips or anything...and that would work with EmuTOS but it's a bit flaky...
