Hidden Coin 4 issue

Hi. I was doing the hidden coin sub-quests, and when searching for the hidden coin 4, I couldn't find it where I first guessed it should be. After a long while going up and down and searching other possible places, I decided to look it up, and it was indeed where I guessed the first time (in front of the bandit lair). However, I don't seem able to collect it. On the Internet, some guides mention I should be able to watch the hitman being arrested when using concentration, but I can't do that either.

I have pinned the Hidden Coin #4 clue from the casebook and tried to use concentration mode around the tree roots, but to no avail. I also swapped and tried other clues from the Hidden Coins quest, no results either. I quick traveled far away and then back to the area to force a reload of it, and nothing. Anyone else has had the same problem? Any idea how fix this?
