Can't progress..

I'm on a mission called 'Hunting a Goliath', I found every evidence but as soon I found the last letter at boat workshop, it didnt update for what to do next. I looked on internet what comes next and I have to talk to Mrs. Nini at the intersection of Knights Rd and Trinity Way in Scaladio. I even shut the game off and relaunched it from last checkpoint, still nothing. THe last manual save is an hour before this mission, I dont want to go back and do all that again.

Any idea why it happened and if there is any solution for it?

You should just be able to go to the tailor you met previously and get it all combined then.

thats the thing, when i go to front of her shop, she wont be there. I even went away, travelled and came back she still not there. she suppose to be sweeping her front store so I can talk to her but shes not there. I cant even get in her store either.

I can't seem to get to start the hunt for Goliath because somewhere I may have missed the Everyone blames Goliath clue. Any Ideas

I had similar situation where I couldn't progress in one of the mission, I had to load my last save and do it again. So What I did is I was saving the game on different files every 20 mins. So if i had to reload a save i wont have to go back more than 20 min.
