So I cant complain. But then I have Vsync on, and the game could run at 30fps (not 60 probably), I heavent checked.
Subjectively I'm very happy with the perfomance. (Mostly because I didnt think I'd be able to run it at 1440p though. ;) )
Not sure about other people, but the stuttering got drastically worse for me after the update. So technically the patch did have effect on the stuttering, just not a positive one.
When paning the camera I see them, but mostly masked by motion blur and the frame interpolation the TV does. (Just fyi.)
Added -dx11 as startup option and games runs fine.
Its worth a try.
Open the Engine.ini file (Notepad++ recommended as a great editor app)

Also take note - Set refresh type in your Graphics drivers to Fixed as Gsync will strobe and ULMB will be washed out in your colors. Then set Vsync to Adaptive for best results.
My system in case anyone is wondering: Ryzen 7 5800x3D, 32G RAM 3200 mhz Ddr4, SSD Nvme PCI 4.0 Kingstom Fury 7300 mbs, RTX 3080Ti OC and i still experience stuttering on Unreal games. Its the engine.
I applied this on Steam deck just now, but in the first impression I think this made it worse.
Can you explain these settings? :)
limiting to 30fps helps as it only breaks down a few fps. it's much more noticeable in higher frame rates when it goes from 40 to 24 or something.
