It will not let me talk to Adyin(the recruiter for the dig site) Everytine I go to him he says "you are blocking the view" regardless of what I wear. I have done every other part of thus and all other avaliable quests so I know its not that I'm missing something. I already eavesdropped the two workers and it tells me to talk to him. I have the evidence pinned and am in worker attire.

I honestly don't know what to do at this point, I was hoping the update would fix it but it did not. I have been stuck here in a few weeks after lunch and was waiting of an update to potential fix it.

I am on xbox series x. My only option is to completely restart the game or find a way around. If anyone knows why this is happening or a way around please let me know. I literally cannot progress

Are you definitely trying to talk to the right person? He will be wearing a green shirt and baggy white trousers, with a wide sash around his waist.

When I use the "sherlock vision" it says he has a cut on his neck and I've seen multiple walkthroughs say to talk to the person I am talking to

I had this and drove me crazy. Finally figured out I had to remove all wardrobe and then only wear the apron. The face makeup was preventing the dialog.

Just saw this because I ran into the same bug and was looking for answeres. What finally worked for me was that Sherlock's "Disguise" needs to JUST be his worker clothes. Make sure all glasses, hats, facial hair are off. i was trynna be fancy and like puts mustaches, hats, etc... on him to make him super incog but just put his work clothes on that you buy from the dude at the market.
