why is this so expensive?

This looks interesting, but everything is in the actual experience. I collect a wide array of apps like this for VR introduction from the extreme and the sedate side of the spectrum depending on the person. I noticed this isn't marked as an EA game, is it considered to be in its final state such that you are happy with the content and quality? Or is this more of an "starter" release and you expect to be doing significant content changes/releases (not just fixing bugs). Either of those is fine, I am just t...
