Problem with Julia's service

I've got Julia working at two of my resorts, and the food rating keeps randomly dropping. When I check the Food Staff menu everything looks fine but the food rating doesn't improve until I click on the green tick against the buffet station and save the changes despite there being no changes, the ticks were already green and there's no charge when I save the changes.

Then I have to exit the resort and go back into it and suddenly the food rating is back to what it should be. Is this a known bug and if so, is there a fix for it? It's a bit annoying losing my five-star ratings because Julia's not doing her job.

I'm having this same issue, have no idea how to fix it either
