Soooo........I think I broke the tutorial

I was asked to build a functioning bedroom but to build it to the minimum size costs $60 and I only have $50 as I bought all the plans at Pawn Voyage. Because its so early in the game there doesnt appear to be a way to make money (I cant sell the blueprings back, I tried). So I am kind of stuck with needing to build this room and not being able to afford to do so. Restart time?

If you have less than 100 gold, you can go back to the thicket and talk to your mom. She'll give you money :)

Oh damn. I wish I had known that, I ended up just restarting.
