"Saving Private Wade" Bug

Everytime I give Charlotte the lilies I get the dialog for giving them to her and the cut scene introducing her, then once it finishes she wants 7 more, over and over

I've tried reloading the game but it's the same thing so I can't progress any further

I've got the same issue and am stuck and can't progress. :(
