How to raise the temperature in Winterberry?

I got this little room that has the heater, but the temperature stays far lower than the customers want it.
And yes, I put some fuel inside, but it is still too low.

Hi! you can try to place multiple heaters if one isn't enough to raise the temperature of the resort.

I have two heaters, but it is still to low and the decoration rating drops with every placed heater by a lot :/

It also takes a bit of time for them to warm up the place, you can even go higher than two heaters. but yes, Winterberry is a pretty challenging area to get perfect reviews at the start because of the need to balance deco items and heater decoration debuffs.

You might struggle to get the heating where it should be when you first open your resort in Winterberry, but progressing through the game will unlock new and better tiers of stuff including Heaters which will make it easier going forward and soon enough those reviews will improve though!
