Stuck after Winterberry

Hello,

My status is as follows:
Timber Crossing: Completed all tasks
A24: Completed all tasks
Highlake: Need to create level 2 Campfire
Winterberry: Need to create level 2 Lounge

I don't have the recipes required to create either of those level 2 rooms. I went to Whitestone and found the radio for Barbara, then nothing much happened after that. I went around to every single zone but nobody had any quests for me. I found that I could go into Pinefall, but there are no quests there and I can't unlock the buildings there. I used the Prospectors Tools in the chest in Pinewood to go into the cave in Darkgrove but couldn't make any progress there either.

Likely this is no help but I was also stuck in Winterberry with no main quest, just side ones.

I went to every single NPC and spoke to them. The very last one I approached was the dog in North Winterberry (no idea how I missed this) and he had a main quest ! for me which led me to Pinefall and continued the main questline. All I can suggest is to do the same, do a full NPC check across every zone to make sure one of them is not hiding the main quest.

Oh, thank you! I feel silly. I checked the dog on the mini-map and didn't see anything so I just ran past. Got closer and I saw the explanation mark. I spent a long time running around every single zone!
