Time of Day/Weather...

Is there a way to change the time of day you start your hunt? Also, I have about 10 hours in this game and have never once seen any different weather. After looking at some screenshots on this forum, I feel like I'm playing a different game because I always have the same exact scenery.

Weather is random, at least I did not found something to change this, it just say on your map before you start sunny rainy or snow end so on
